Unicycling $112 Purchase required to enroll

Learn how to unicycle!

Wear comfortable pants, similar to what you might wear if you were riding a bike. Tights or leggings are fine. Students should wear sneakers with flat soles, if possible. Shoes must be cleaned before walking on carpeted mat floor, so we recommend that you wear a different pair and then change shoes when you get to the studio.Pads and a helmet are not required, though students are welcome to use them if they want to. Shin pads are likely the most useful.

Handstands and Inversions 1/2 $112 Purchase required to enroll

If you've ever wanted to walk on your hands, this class is for you. This class will work on handstands, and handstand based skills as well as learning all that goes into these impressive skills. We'll work on increasing shoulder strength and mobility as well. Classes start with an instructor led warm-up and stretching, followed by conditioning at the end.

Juggle This! $45 Purchase required to enroll

Want to learn how to juggle? Ready to move beyond the basics of your cascade?

In this class, appropriate for all novice and beginner jugglers, we’ll lock in the fundamentals of a cascade. For those with a solid cascade we’ll work on basic patterns and site swaps, progressing to club juggling, or hoop and ring specific skills for those who are interested.

Topics covered will include balances, kick ups, fancy tosses, starts, flourishes, collects and more. Feel free to request skills and material!

Prerequisites: none! Class can accommodate students who want to focus on a single prop as well as students who want to sample.

If you’re looking to take your flexibility to the next level, this class is for you! Come learn how to open and stretch the parts of the body most used in circus work, including the hamstrings, the hip flexors, the quads, the upper and lower back and the shoulders.
