If you’re looking to take your flexibility to the next level, this class is for you! Come learn how to open and stretch the parts of the body most used in circus work, including the hamstrings, the hip flexors, the quads, the upper and lower back and the shoulders. We’ll also learn about the difference between active flexibility and passive flexibility and how to develop a killer active flex. All students will leave the workshop with exercises and stretches that they can practice at home.
