Handstands and Inversions 3+ (instructor permission required)

This class will work on handstands, and handstand based skills as well as learning all that goes into these impressive skills. We'll work on increasing shoulder strength and mobility as well. Classes start with an instructor led warm-up and stretching, followed by conditioning at the end.
