Lost in Lyra Landscape w/Tyler Shaqiri

In this workshop we will learn poses, transitional, graceful, and dynamic skills that ca be strung together into an act. We will then deepen the understanding of these skills into other movement landscapes. You will be empowered to find your own style of movement, artistic expression, and sequencing within this lyra landscape.

Includes on-apparatus conditioning exercises to increase strength and body awareness.

Prerequisites: Students should be able to invert and have basic apparatus fluency (amazon, scarab, and gazelle)
