Intro to Cloud Swing w/ Megan Mallouk

This double point apparatus, known as a cloud swing, is a beautiful marriage between trapeze, sling, and aerial rope. In this introductory workshop, students will learn to navigate the apparatus through individual skills and sequencing, including mounts, dismounts, beats, and rolls. Although mostly static, we will explore some light movement through swaying and twisting. Students will discover many transferable skills from other static apparatus.

Pre-requisites: This workshop is designed for individuals with previous aerial experience at a beginning to intermediate level. Students should be comfortable with a pull over, hanging from knees, and be familiar with a double leg crochet. Please wear clothing that covers the backs of knees and bring layers.
