Aerial Partnering II: Base Flyer Relationships
$85
Purchase required to enroll
In this partnering mini session we'll focus on working in dedicated roles as a base and flyer. We'll work primarily on skills in a wrist to wrist grip out of catcher's lock or crossback straddle, introducing more dynamic skills as students are ready. A dedicated partner is not necessary but highly recommended.
Pre-requisites:
For bases--bases should be able to hold a partner's weight in their hands with good shoulder and core engagement. The ability to pull to bent arms will be highly beneficial.
For flyers--flyers should be able to invert with no swinging, tagging or jumping. The ability to do straight arm inversions will be highly beneficial.
