Performance-Ready Splits and Straddles w/ Caitlin Wallace
This flexibility and conditioning workshop is all about building flexible splits while refining longer, straighter leg lines. We’ll use active mobility drills and technique-focused progressions to improve front splits and straddles, with focused attention on eliminating microbends, developing articulate toe points, and training the core and glutes to support stronger leg lifts and extensions. You’ll learn not just what to train, but how and why. We’ll break down flexibility training methods so you can approach your practice with clarity and intention—helping grounded drills translate directly to cleaner lines and more expressive movement in the air.
Prerequisites: current flexibility or movement practice (aerial, circus, dance, yoga, pole, acro etc)
