Squirrely Sling Sequencing w/ Lauren Breunig

Take your practice to the next level in this workshop that will focus on twisty transitions and creative choreography! We will focus on smoothing out connections between skills, and you will learn several new sequences that will challenge your body and brain. No sling experience is required, though participants must be at an intermediate level on an aerial apparatus and be able to invert in the air with good form multiple times throughout class.

Prerequisites: inversions in the air with good form, solid front balance and back balance
