Ready to add some dynamic flair to your aerial practice? Join Bri for an epic multi-apparatus exploration into all things beats technique! Open to both vertical and bar-based aerialists, we will break down the basics of beat technique and explore different variations and pathways.
Prerequisites: Students should be intermediate or higher in their preferred apparatus and have good form in a long hang on any apparatus, strong shoulder engagement, very comfortable with inversions in the air. Prior exposure to bell beats (rope/silks) or long hang/baby beats (lyra/trapeze) is preferred.
