The better the technique, the bigger the spin! Let’s lay a solid foundation for fancy spins, including centering both under and in the hoop. We will also explore other styles and shapes with a moderate to fast spin. Bring a way to film yourself - we will have in-workshop video review so you can take breaks and let your body recover. Come hydrated and bring some ginger/ peppermint/ candy along as well!
Prerequisites - Unassisted entry to the hoop and a 10 second long hang from the top bar or under the bar.
