Youth Flexibility: Foundations for Contortion

In this workshop created specifically for youth students who want to hone and push their flexibility we’ll focus on building strength, control, and technique in skills we already have. Class will be centered around drop backs and active backbending technique, squaring splits and working towards oversplits, and the differences and overlap between pancake and middle splits.
Pre-requisites: Students must be comfortable pushing up into a bridge from the ground and holding for 15 seconds
