Putting A(n Aerial Pole) Spin on It! w/ LisaBella

Take the aerial pole out for a spin. This workshop will dive into how to control our spins on aerial pole. We will explore different ways to grip the pole to help control our spin, the shapes and flares we can add to a spin sequences, and how we can transition into other pole moves.

Prerequisites: Students must have a two arm hold for 30 seconds on a vertical apparatus, and be comfortable spinning for up to an hour (with breaks of course).
