Acro Chair 2: Balance Boogaloo

Chair Acro - the sequel! We’ll review the basics of rolling around our favorite ground-based metal apparatus and add some more balance shapes, rolls, and slides to our repertoire. We’ll create a short sequence with our new shapes that’ll be perfect for the ‘gram!
Pre-requisites: All levels welcome, but previous chair experience is helpful! No active wrist, shoulder, or hip injuries, please.
