Ground Technique and Movement for Aerialists

Want to move as confidently on the ground as you do in the air? Not sure what to do with your arms when they’re not full of fabric? This workshop is for you!

In this class we’ll look at dance techniques and skills to add ease and purpose to your movement when you have two feet on the ground. We’ll explore different ways to cross the floor, simple rolls and similar movements to add pizzazz to your floorial, and work on creating combinations that you can put in your back pocket.
