Rope tends to ask a lot of our hand grip, but not today. This workshop combines creative rope shapes and techniques from the Indian sport of mallakhamb allowing us to explore the many ways we can give our hands a break on this apparatus.

Pre-requisites: Comfortable with basic and Russian climbs, clean inversion in the air
