In this intimate workshop each participant will discover their body in the air through somatic exercises highlighting inner sensation rather than the traditional outward aesthetic. We will take an anti-dualist lens and ask questions like “What is it like to be suspended from the ceiling?” “Does gravity work the same here?” and “Where can I seek delight in my own practice?”
