Tippy Lyra Transitions w/ Jenna Ciotta

For students who have learned the basics of this apparatus or for students who feel a great degree of comfort on another bar apparatus. This workshop will push you out of your comfort zone and onto an apparatus that often feels incredibly unpredictable. Students will learn a choreography on the tippy hoop, all while discussing what makes a tippy tip and how to develop understanding and control.

Pre-requisites: students should feel comfortable inverting without tagging and have some previous experience on a bar apparatus.
