FloorWERK w/LisaBella

Kick up your choreo game with an exploration of floor based tricks and transitions. We will look at shoulder stands, floor (jade) splits, fish flops, and the ways we can connect these tricks together in slinky sequences.

Prerequisites: Plow, candlestick, and at least some familiarity with shoulder stands.

Shoulder, knee, and foot covering recommended to prevent rug burn. This class with not involve heels though techniques can be applied to floorwork in heels.

Disclaimer: While the tricks and transitions aren’t inherently sensual, the sequence(s) will include dance moves that are more sensual in nature and may be better suited for students 18+.
