Live your lyra dreams with a flowy sequence in the hoop! We will learn a sequence, then take some time to add your own personal flair to it. Spinning will be optional but encouraged!
Prerequisites: Lyra 150 and up: generally comfortable mounting the hoop multiple times, moving through seated & standing poses, holding body weight in their hands, spin optional but encouraged.
