Set your sights high! Come explore some unique transitions into and out of the span set. The sequence will also include some shapes up in the span set and span set manipulation. We will be working with the 8 foot span sets so be prepared to move around and find unique shapes as you learn the new sequence.
Prerequisites: Prior intermediate lyra experience. Must be able to do 2-3 pull ups and invert in the air multiple times.
