Intro to Partner Acrobatics: Core and Control

In this workshop we’ll dive into the fundamentals of partner acro and break our foundational skills into their composite parts to build a safe, effective, and efficient partner acro practice!

We’ll get into the Whys and What Nots of alignment, so that we can extrapolate that understanding onto bigger, more intricate skills going forward in our acro practice. This exercise based workshop will specifically focus on building block skills using counterbalance and bone stacking. Beginners and dabblers welcome—no partner needed—we’ll get you started on the right foot!

Prerequisites: Students should be able to hold a 10 second hollow body with good form, kick up to a handstand against a wall, and do three push ups with good form.
