Get Your Splits!
Have you been working on a split for ages, but frustrated that you're not getting anywhere? Have you made splits a goal, and are looking for advice? Do you feel like your split is so close, but can't quite touch down? Are your splits unbalanced - say, you have a great front split on your "good side" but would rather not talk about the other? Or you've always struggled with middle splits even though you're working on front oversplits, or vice versa? This workshop will give you tools, tricks, and drills to make progress in your splits, wherever you are on that journey. We'll work on front, middle, and straddle splits, and touch on active and standing splits as desired.
Prerequisites: You've tried a split before
Equipment (we'll have extras, but bringing your own will help): a non-stretchy strap like a yoga strap, a belt, a luggage strap, or a nylon sling, 2 (or more!) yoga blocks, sliders or paper plates
