Lyra Logistics with Tyler Shaqiri

In this workshop, we will learn lyra skills and strategize to deepen understanding of how to see paths into other skills, shapes and movement with slight adjustments of body. Plan to dig deep into the material, mix and match skill elements, shift your shapes and lines. All while leaving plenty of room for personal style and expression, strength & flexibility!

Prerequisites: Students should be able to invert and have basic fluency on the apparatus ( Amazon, knee hang arch/chandelier and a Gazelle)
