Grip. Hold. Unlock. w/ Anna Thomas Henry

This workshop focuses exclusively on gritty and awesome unlocked fabric skills. We’ll work through unlocked pathways with the aim to arrive and exit skills without pause to wrap & unwrap. Expect lots of tension work, shelving, mixed grips and full body drop absorption.

Prerequisites: healthy shoulders and wrists, more than 3 consecutive pull-ups on fabric, front and back balances, open drop (any)
