Intro to Straps Conditioning

Welcome to the challenging but rewarding world of aerial straps! This class is focused on building strength and control to begin safely working towards straps strength skills and confidence in working from long arms.

Students will work on building strength and control for various poses (planches, meathooks, skin-the-cat, etc.).

Students must be able to kick up to a handstand against the wall, do 10 pushups from their knees, be comfortable inverting without jumping, and can do a pullover and a decent front balance.

Students will have their own straps for the duration of the session - please let us know if you have your own.
