This pop-up will introduce several basic “building block” rope skills and tricks. This is a great class for vertical apparatus (silks) enthusiasts interested in starting to explore the aerial rope.
Pre-requisites: Previous experience on fabric or rope, strong shoulder engagement, able to do at least 1 pull-up, invert comfortably.
