Come join us for an aerial butt-whooping! This class is perfect for students looking to increase strength for success in their aerial classes, though no circus experience is necessary. Cirque Fit focuses on conditioning the body for the rigors of circus work. We'll work on developing strength, flexibility, endurance and body awareness, and students will focus on building a safe conditioning routine, and shoulder health. The training we'll be doing will prepare you for all types of circus work, aerial and ground.
